The NBA app on the Apple TV has been updated, adding support for the 2013-2014 basketball season, which starts tonight. The app has a new icon, and lets you view standings across the league, stream games with your League Pass subscription, and view highlights. You can also browse NBA-related media from iTunes from within the app. The app will be automatically updated without the need to update your entire Apple TV.
