Hi all, Hope you all had a great summer ?not that we had many days of sunshine??that it was still enjoyable.?Now that the summer is coming to an end and kids are back in school, now is?the time to get back into your routine again.?Try set aside,?2-3 hrs a week to look after your body, keep yourself fit and active, its not too much to ask, and it will be of great benefit to u in the long run.

Here are?just a few?long term benefits of exercise:

  • Weight loss
  • Improves efficiency of the heart and lungs
  • Improves your physical?appearence
  • Increases self esteem/confidence
  • Decreases risk of developing coronary heart disease/illnesses
  • Decreases stress levels

The list could go on and on ,but they are just a few to remind you and hopefully get your mind set on training again?..

NEW?AUTUMN BOOTCAMP TERM

Bootcamp Changes:

From september we have slighty restructured our fitness programs and hopefully this will benefit you all, Our fitness and boxing bootcamp terms are now run?on a monthly basis, 4week term, 2 classes a week, payment up front for classes, work out cheaper again?, only ?6 per class (?48), getting great value for money, cheapest price out there.

Kettlebell Bootcamp?this autumn will be now known as?Fitness?bootcamp, this because i will no longer just be using kettlebells but bringing a new crossfit style workout to?the class?, I feel change is good and will keep you motivated. we will?challenge the body, by using?a number of different training concepts and equipment?to?maximize your results.Lets shape up this autumn and get a good run at your training from now till christmas.

Fitness?Bootcamp New Term

This will be the final term Outdoors before we?go back?indoor for the winter. New term starts Monday 3rd sept?Venue: Corcagh park, Clondalkin? Time: 6:30 ? 7:30pm.

Boxing Bootcamp

Boxing?Bootcamp will be at the usually place and times and?new term?starts back Tuesday 4th Sept?Venue: Macho Martial Arts, Red Cow Time: 8:00 ? 9:00pm
